3.3. All prices listed on the website for photography services delivery/services by the Affiliates. If you have any concerns with the price you will be directly speaking to affiliates about the concerns

4.1. ShuttrBug is just a listing platform where small business list their profile. Customers can contact affiliates and get more understanding about their services.
4.1.1 ShuttrBug does not operate on behalf of Affiliates in providing services, delivery etc
4.1.2 ShuttrBug just provides contact details of the affiliates. You can contact affiliates to get more understanding on services. If you face any issue with Affiliates you need to manage it on your own. ShuttrBug will not be held responsible in whatsoever matter / issues.
4.1.3 We should not be held liable for any miscommunication, misinterpretation, issues, concerns, matters related to affiliates.
4.1.4 You get opportunity to share your experience with rest of the people via review section. You can put your thoughts about the affiliate there so it will help the other users before making decision
4.1.5 You should make informed decision before availing services from affiliates.
4.1.6 We don’t take responsibility of Affiliates behaviour, nature of work, work ethics, his way of doing business.
4.2. The delivery/services/service is provided by the Affiliates or its delivery/services partners, it is the Affiliates or its delivery/services partner's sole responsibility to provide photography services and delivery/services of goods in a timely manner.

Content resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its or their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes or natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, war, or governmental restrictions.

Please read the terms and conditions ("Terms of Use ") set out below carefully.
Section 13: Introduction
ShuttrBug is a listing platform where you can list your services for subscriptions. Customers coming on website shall directly communicate with you by calling you on your registered mobile number or watsapp chat.
Section 14: Profile Setup
14.1 You as a vendor / affiliate should set up your profile by yourself and provide all the information accurate. You are solely responsible for content you showcase on your profile. Shuttrbug holds right to edit your profile or remove content if found inappropriate.
14.2 You should put all the package information correctly and update time to time when you make changes to your packages
14.3 You should upload photos which are only in accordance to your business/ services and maintain decorum of the platform. Also the photo size should not be more than 125 KB.
Section 15: Integrity
15.1 You are entitled to maintain utmost integrity in all sense while being on platform. Shuttrbug reserves right to remove you if found any misconduct against you.
15.2 You are solely responsible for providing services to customer once customer contacts you and decide to avail your services
Section 16 : Subscription
16.1 You can avail subscription on our website to start listing. You can change subscription – upgrade / degrade whenever you want to.
16.2 Shuttrbug has rights to increase subscription fees at any time and will give you notice prior increasing the subscription fee.
Section 17 : Cancellation of Subscription
17.1 You can cancel your subscription any time. Please send email to support@shuttrbug.in to cancel your subscription and our team member will get in touch for exit process.
17.2 If while cancelling subscription there is any amount in your account wallet, that will be refunded to you with 7 business days once exit process is completed.
